<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />'k <br /> <br />-'- <br />" <br /> <br />.k <br /> <br />i~ <br /> <br />"'k <br /> <br />-!( <br /> <br />"k <br /> <br />-k <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County <br />of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at <br />2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, <br />the 24th day of September, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br /> <br />Mayor Demos and Councilmembers Johnson and Franke, <br /> <br />and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmembers Curley and Kehr. <br /> <br />Member <br /> <br />Demos <br /> <br />introduced the following resolu- <br /> <br />tion and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7656 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO REQUEST FOR FEDERAL GRANT <br />ON COUNTY DITCH FOUR <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, as follows: <br />WHEREAS, the Federal Clean Lakes Program will be making <br />funds available in 1985 for storm drainage projects and <br />WHEREAS, in order to make applications, the applicant <br />must have an uncompleted project currently underway through <br />the Clean Lakes Grant Program and <br />WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District currently <br />has such an uncompleted project in the Long Lake Chain of Lakes <br />Project and <br />WHEREAS, the Rice Creek Watershed District has on at <br />least two occasions requested funds for the renovation of County <br />Ditch Four south of Lydia Avenue and. <br />WHEREAS, the City of Roseville on several occasions has <br />officially requested that this work be done through the Rice <br />Creek Watershed District and <br />
