<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 13, 1984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br /> <br />at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 13th day of November, <br /> <br />1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following councilmembers were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Johnson, Kehr, Franke and Curley; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7664 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING THE PETITION <br />FOR THIS PROJECT AS INADEQUATE FOR ORDERING OF A <br />FEASIBILITY STUDY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br />City of Roseville for drainage into Rice Street from South <br /> <br />McCarrons Boulevard to County Road B by the installation of storm <br /> <br />sewer drainage facilities and necessary appurtenances, was filed <br /> <br />with the Council on October 5 and October 26, 1984. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The petition so received is hereby declared not to have <br /> <br />been signed by the required percentage of owners of property <br /> <br />affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sections 429.031 <br /> <br />and 429.035. <br />
