<br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />NOVEMBER 26, 1984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br /> <br />at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 26th day of November, <br /> <br />1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following councilmembers were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Johnson, Kehr, Franke and Curley; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7668 <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF <br />PETITION AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-84-36 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br /> <br />City of Roseville, at 2831 Snelling Avenue by the construction of <br /> <br />sanitary sewer and necessary appurtenances, filed with the <br /> <br />Council on November 21, 1984, is hereby declared to be signed by <br /> <br />100% of the owners of property affected thereby pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a pre- <br />liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in con- <br />nection with some other improvement, and the estimated cost of <br />the improvement as recommended. <br />
