<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />DECEMBER 10, 1984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 10th day <br />of December, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Kehr, Franke, Curley and Johnson; and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7672(c) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATON OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-84-39 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br />the City of Roseville, at the Northeast corner of Fairview <br />Avenue and County Road B-2 by the construction of sanitary sewer <br />mains and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on <br /> <br />December 8, 1984, is hereby declared to be signed by 100 percent <br />of the owners of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Sec. 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />
