<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />December 10, 1984 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was <br /> <br />duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 10th day <br />of December, 1984, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Kehr, Franke, Curley and Johnsonj and the <br /> <br />following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7672(d) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. W-84-40 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in <br /> <br />the City of Roseville, from Fairview Avenue at Bruce Avenue to <br /> <br />1200 feet east by the construction of watermains and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances, filed with the Council on December 8, 1984, is <br /> <br />hereby declared to be signed by 100 percent of the owners of <br /> <br />property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Sec. <br /> <br />429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is <br />feasible and as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />
