EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called held at the City Hall on Tuesday, the 26th day of August, 1996 at 6:30 P.M. Thefollowingmemberswerepresent: !-1astel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall, and the following were absent: Wiski. Member GoEdekEintroduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 9322B RESOLUTION APPROVING DENNIS BATTY/ROSEVILLE COVENANT CHURCH REQUEST FOR A PRELIMINARY AND FINAL PLAT AT 2865 HAMLINE AVENUE NORTH WHEREAS, the property under consideration at 2865 Ham1ine Avenue North is 4.5 acres in size and is zoned R-1 Single Family and B-1 Limited Business; and WHEREAS, the applicant has proposed a preliminary plat to combine 4 lots into 1 lot; and WHEREAS, the proposal meets City preliminary and final plat requirements; and WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission recommended approval of the preliminary and final plat at 2865 Hamline Avenue North; and WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council conducted a public hearing on the requested preliminary and final plat on August 26, 1996. NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville, Minnesota (the "City"), Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the preliminary and final plat approval for 2865 Hamline Avenue North be approved subject to the following conditions: a. This project has three sides that could have sidewalk constructed on them. They are Hamline, Centennial, and County Road C-2. A cash contribution of$13,350 (as per attached) into the City sidewalk fund is required. b. A street assessment for County Road C-2 in the amount of $17,536.95 will be payable if the plat is approved. The owner has the option of requesting the City Council consider assessing this amount over 15 years. This assessment is due to change from R-l to Tax Exempt R-l.
