<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 14, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held at <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 14th day of January, <br />1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr, and Curley <br />and the following were absent: Councilmember Johnson <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7682 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-85-04 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br />of Roseville including all that property on Snelling Frontage Road <br />from Oakcrest Avenue to Snelling Avenue by the installation of <br /> <br />bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a <br /> <br />portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota <br /> <br />Statutes, Section 429.011 to 429.111 (1961). <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Public <br />Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated <br />cost of the improvement as recommended. <br />
