<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />JANUARY 14, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br /> <br />at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 14th day of January <br />1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- <br /> <br />members Franke, Kehr, and Curley; and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson. <br /> <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the <br /> <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7683 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-85-3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br />City of Roseville, on Dale Street North of Larpenteur Avenue by <br /> <br />the installation of sanitary sewer, watermain and necessary <br /> <br />appurtenances, filed with the Council on January 8, 1985, is <br /> <br />hereby declared to be signed by the required percentage of owners <br /> <br />of property affected thereby pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br /> <br />Section 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to the <br />Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a pre- <br />liminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in con- <br />
