EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING ON THE CITY COUNCIL OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD ON FEBRUARY 11, 1985 * * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on the 11th day of February, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos, Councilmen Kehr, Johnson, Franke and Curley. and the following members were absent: None Member Curley introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION NO. 7685A RESOLUTION VACATING PUBLIC STREETS AND RELEASING PUBLIC UTILITY EASEMENTS WHEREAS, after two weeks published and posted notice, the City Council held a public hearing to determine whether or not certain streets in the City of Roseville should be vacated and public easements released; and WHEREAS, it appears that by reason of changes in the use of the surrounding land, it would be beneficial to the public interest to vacate said streets and release utility easements; NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED: The City Council of the City of Roseville hereby vacates the public streets over the property described as follows: Bruce Avenue from Fairview Avenue to \fueeler Street; Brooks Avenue from Beacon Street to \fuee1er Street; Beacon Street from Bruce Avenue to Brooks Avenue, and \fueeler Street from Bruce Avenue to Brooks Avenue. All of the above streets and avenue as platted in Fairview Hills Addition. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED: The City Council of the City of Roseville, a municipal corporation, being the grantee of underground utility easements listed as follows, does hereby instruct the mayor and manager to wholly and completely release all rights granted by said easements.
