<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, <br />was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota on the twenty-first day of February, 1985, at 8:00 o'clock <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kehr, Curley, Franke, Johnson <br />and Demos; <br />and the following were absent: None. <br /> <br />Member Kehr <br />its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7687m <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CORRECTING LEGAL DESCRIPTION <br />ON PROPERTY REZONED BY ORDINANCE 967 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on the eleventh day of February, 1985, the Roseville City <br />Council passed Ordinance 967, rezoning the following described <br />property to wit: <br /> <br />"All of Fairview Hills Addition and all that property <br />described as follows: Subject to road the South 5 acres of <br />the North 6 acres of the West 15 acres and the West 178 <br />feet of the North 110 feet of the South 9 acres of said <br />West 15 acres of the North half of the Southwest quarter of <br />the Northeast quarter of Section 9, Township 29, Range 23, <br />Ramsey County, Minnesota." <br /> <br />and, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the ordinance rezoning above property contained two (2) <br />descriptions. One description accurately described said property, and <br />the second contained a typographical error. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, that the City Manager be directed to correct the <br />typographical error. <br />
