<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting ofthe City Council ofthe City <br />of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly called and held at the City Hall on <br />Monday, the 26th day of August, 1996, at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Nastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall, <br />and the following were absent: Wi ski. <br /> <br />Member Maschka <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 9322E <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT FOR RICHARD <br />WILLEY TO STORE AND DISPLAY PORTABLE GARAGE UNITS AT 1945 <br />RICE STREET <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota Statutes 462.357, the City of Roseville has adopted <br />zoning regulations to control land uses throughout the City; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said regulations provided that a exterior storage and display may be allowed <br />within the confines of a B-3 general business zoning district as a conditional use; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, approval of a conditional use permit for exterior storage and display has <br />been requested by Richard Willey; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville Planning Commission held a public hearing and recommended <br />approval of such conditional use permit subject to certain conditions on August 14, 1996; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council considered such conditional use permit at a <br />public hearing held on August 26, 1996. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the city of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, Ramsey County, Minnesota, that a conditional use permit, for exterior storage and <br />display within a B-3 zoning district be approved subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />1. The permit shall be for display purposes only. No storage or other accessory use of the <br />portable facilities shall be allowed. <br /> <br />2. All building setback requirements for structures shall be complied with. <br /> <br />3. A site plan shall be filed with the City of Roseville illustrating where the outdoor display <br />will be located, delineating site parking and an organized location for the storage of boats <br />
