<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA - HELD MARCH 11, 1985 <br /> <br />* * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * * <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at <br />the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 11, 1985 at 7:30 p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Councilmembers <br />Kehr, Franke, and Johnson. <br /> <br />and, the following were absent: Curley. <br /> <br />Member Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the following <br />resolution: <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7694 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Roseville City Council, at its February 11, 1985 <br />meeting, approved Fine Associates request for preliminary plat at <br />2730 Snelling Avenue Frontage Road East, and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, after notice was published in the official newspaper, a <br />Public Hearing was conducted on Fine Associates request for final <br />plat approval, <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that Fine Associates request for <br />final plat at 2730 Snelling Avenue Frontage Road East be <br />approved. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member Johnson and upon a vote being taken, the <br />following voted in favor of the resolution: <br /> <br />All present. <br /> <br />and, the following voted against: <br /> <br />None. <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
