<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />MARCH 11, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br />at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 11th day of March, <br />1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- <br /> <br />members Franke, Kehr, and Johnson; and the following were absent: <br /> <br />Councilmember Curley. <br />Councilmember Kehr introduced and moved the adoption of the. <br />following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7695 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING PREPARATION OF <br />REPORT ON IMPROVEMENT NO. ST-84-26 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City <br />of Roseville including all that property East of Long Lake Road, <br />West of Minnesota Transfer Railroad, South of County Road D and <br />North of County Road C-2 by the reconstruction of a storm water <br />pond, and to assess the benefitted property for all or a portion <br />of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br /> <br />Section 429.011 to 429.111. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the proposed improvement be referred to the City Public <br />Works Director for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether it should best be made as proposed <br />or in connection with some other improvement, and the estimated <br />
