<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />HELD: MARCH 11, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of <br />the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on <br />Monday, the 11th day of March, 1985,at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Franke, Johnson, Kehr and Demos. <br /> <br />and the following were abs ent: Curley. <br /> <br />Councilmember <br /> <br />Kehr <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7697(c) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION RELATING TO PUBLIC HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEt~NT NO. P-84-29 <br />AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7687(c) <br />DATED FEBRUARY 11, 1985 <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota that Resolution No. 7687(c) adopted February 11, 1985 <br />entitled "Resolution Receiving Report and Providing for Public <br /> <br />Hearing on Improvement No. P-84-29" be and is hereby amended as <br />follows: <br /> <br />1 . Paragraph 2 of said resolution is amended to read as <br />follows: "The Council shall meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on March 18, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed <br />improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and <br />directed to cause notice of time, place and purpose of that <br />meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville <br />Review, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second <br />publication shall be not less than three days before the date of <br />the hearing." <br />
