EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the twenty-sixth day of August, 1996, at 6:30 p.m. The following members were present: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, and Wall and the following were absent: WiskÏ.. Councilperson Mastel introduced and moved the adoption of the following resolution: RESOLUTION NO. 9323 RESOLUTION APPROVING 1997 PMP NEIGHBORHOODS AND ORDERING PRE PARA TION OF FEASffiILITY REPORTS ON I IMPROVEMENTS FOR NEIGHBORHOODS 20, 21, 38, 42 and 43 and COUNTY TURNBACK ROADS IN NEIGHBORHOODS 71,72, 73, AND 74 WHEREAS, the Council has reviewed the street construction needs of various neighborhoods in the City and has tentatively selected neighborhoods for inclusion in the 1997 Pavement Management Program; and WHEREAS, it is proposed to improve that portion of the City ofRoseville described below by one or more of the following installations: bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, storm sewer, bituminous overlay, and necessary appurtenances, and to assess the benefited property for all or a portion of the cost of the improvement pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.011 t0429.111: NEIGHBORHOOD NUMBERS AND DESCRIPTIONS Neighborhood Streets 20 Terrace Drive-mill and overlay 21 Centennial Drive, Judith Avenue, Terrace Drive, Mackubin Street-mill and overlay 38 Cohansey Boulevard, South Hill Drive, Lovell Avenue, Tophill Circle-reconstruction 42 Hand Avenue, Auerbach Street-reconstruction 43 Capitol View A venue-reconstruction 70, 71, 72, 73, Roselawn A venue, North McCarrons Boulevard, South McCarrons and 74 Boulevard-reconstruction of County turnback roads
