<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />March 18, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on Monday, March 18, 1985, at <br /> <br />7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Councilmember Curley. <br /> <br />Also present were James F. Andre, City Manager; Charles <br /> <br />Honchell, City Public Works Director; and Thomas S. Deans of <br /> <br />Knutson, Flynn & Hetland, City Bond Consultant. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7704 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DENYING IMPROVEMENT p-84-29 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting the improvement of <br />Marion Avenue between Maple Lane and South Owasso Boulevard by <br />the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter <br />and necessary appurtenances was duly presented to the Council on <br />the 6th day of September, 1984. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br />September 24, 1984, a report has been prepared by the City Public <br />Works Director with reference to the improvement, and this report <br />was received by the Council on February 11, 1985. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />1. The Council hereby determines not to undertake the impro- <br />vement proposed in the Council resolution adopted September 24, <br />1984. <br />
