<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. P-84-24A <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br />in said City, on the 22nd day of April, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock <br />p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. P-84-24A <br />including all that property abutting Sextant Avenue between Dale <br />Street and Grotto Street by the installation of bituminous <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter, drainage and necessary appur- <br />tenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with a <br />preliminary engineering report which is now on file and open to <br />public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$142,000.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improve- <br />ment shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Sextant Avenue between Dale <br />Street and Grotto Street, including the following: <br /> <br />BEHR PARKVIEW HEIGHTS <br />Lots 1 thru 3, Block 1 <br /> <br />C.
