<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br />OF CITY COUNCIL <br />OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />May 13, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of <br /> <br />the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was duly <br /> <br />held in the City Hall in said City on May 13, 1985, at 7:30 <br /> <br />o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Franke, Kehr and Johnson; and the following were <br /> <br />absent: Councilmember Curley. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7722 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING IMPROVEMENTS <br />p-84-24 AND p-84-24A <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, <br /> <br />Minnesota, as follows: <br /> <br />1. In accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, <br />Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held public hearings on the <br />proposed construction of each of the following proposed projects: <br /> <br />a. p-84-24 including all that property abutting Sextant <br />Avenue between Victoria Street and Grotto Street and <br />Grotto Street from Sextant Avenue to County Road B-2 <br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete <br />curb and gutter and necessary appurtenances. <br /> <br />b. P-84-24A including all that property abutting <br />Sextant Avenue between Dale Street and Grotto Street <br />by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete <br />curb and gutter, drainage and necessary <br />appurtenances. <br /> <br />2. The City Council hereby finds, determines and delcares <br />that proposed improvements p-84-24 and p-84-24A shall, in accor- <br />dance with the reports of the Public Works Director, be insti- <br />
