<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-P-85-7 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 10th day of June, 1985, at 7:30 <br />o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />SS-W-P-85-7 including all that property abutting Ros e Place from <br />Fernwood Street to Dunlap Street and on Fernwood Place to <br />approximately 300 feet north by the installation of bituminous <br />paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, <br />watermain and necessary appurtenances. The foregoing is <br />substantially in accordance with a preliminary engineering report <br />which is now on file and open to public inspection in the office <br />of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cost of the improvement is presently estimated at <br />$183,695.00. The area proposed to be assessed for the improvement <br />shall be the following: <br /> <br />All that property abutting Rose Place from <br />Fernwood Street to Dunlap Street and on <br />Fernwood Place to approximately 300 feet <br />north, including the following: <br /> <br />All of Central Park Ad dit ion <br />Lots 1 through 6, Block <br /> <br />T. M.
