<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 13, 1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br />at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 13th day of May, <br />1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Franke, Johnson and Kehr; and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Councilmember Curley. <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced and moved the adoption, of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7730(a) <br /> <br />RESOLUTION DECLARING ADEQUACY OF PETITION <br />AND ORDERING PREPARATION OF REPORT ON <br />IMPROVEMENT NO. P-85-11 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a certain petition requesting an improvement in the <br />City of Roseville, on Aglen Avenue from Judith Avenue to Woodhill <br /> <br />Drive by the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and <br /> <br />gutter and necessary appurtenances, filed with the Council on <br /> <br />April 11, 1985, is hereby declared to be signed by the required <br /> <br />percentage of owners of property affected thereby pursuant to <br />Minnesota Statutes, Section 429.035. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> <br />That the petition be referred to the City Public Works <br />Director for study and that he is instructed to report to <br />the Council with all convenient speed, advising the Council in a <br />preliminary way as to whether the proposed improvement is feasible <br />and as to whether it should best be made as proposed or in <br />
