<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF <br />CITY COUNCIL <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br />MAY 13,1985 <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting <br /> <br />of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, was held <br />at the City Hall in said City on Monday, the 13th day of May, <br /> <br />1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Mayor Demos and <br /> <br />Councilmembers Franke, Johnson and Kehr; and the following was <br /> <br />absent: Councilmember Curley. <br /> <br />Councilmember Johnson introduced and moved the adoption of <br /> <br />the following resolution: <br /> <br />Resolution No. 7731 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION ORDERING IMPROVEMENT <br />NO. P-84-37 PURSUANT TO PETITION <br />BY 100% OF Om~ERS OF AFFECTED PROPERTY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council received a petition from all owners <br /> <br />of the real property on Fairview Avenue from Oakcrest Avenue to <br /> <br />County Road B-2 and on County Road B-2 from Fairview Avenue to <br /> <br />Snelling Avenue in the City of Roseville requesting that the <br /> <br />Council construct roadway and necessary appurtenances at said <br /> <br />location and requesting that the entire cost of said improvement <br /> <br />be assessed against their property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to resolution of the Council adopted <br /> <br />December 10, 1984, a report has been prepared by the City Public <br /> <br />Works Director with reference to the improvement, and this report <br /> <br />was received by the Council on May 13, 1985; <br />
