<br />RESOLUTION NO. 9328 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION CONTINUING ASSESSIvlENT HEARINGS TO <br />SEPTEMBER 23, 1996 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council held public hearings on September 9, 1996, for special assessment <br />rolls; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, questions and objections regarding the assessment rolls were raised by property <br />owners at the public hearings; <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City ofRoseville, that the public <br />hearings for the 1996 assessment rolls for the following projects: P-94-10, UL-94-14, P-95-02- <br />15, P-95-02-44, P-95-02-46, P-95-02-51, ST-95-04, and M-95-14 be continued until September <br />23, 1996, to allow staff time to research questions and objections raised at the hearings held <br />September 9, 1996. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Councilmember <br />Maschka, and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor: Maschka, Wiski, <br />Goedeke, Mastel, and Wall, and the following voted against: None. <br /> <br />Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br /> <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA ) <br />) SS <br />COUNTY OF RAMSEY ) <br /> <br />I, the undersigned, being the duly qualified City Manager of the City ofRoseville, Minnesota do <br />hereby certifY that I have carefully compared the attached and foregoing extract of minutes of a <br />regular meeting of the City Council of said City held on the 9th day of September, 1996, with the <br />original thereof on file in my office, and the same is a full, true, and complete transcript insofar as <br />the same relates to Projects: P-94-10, UL-94-14, P-95-02-15, P-95-02-44, P-95-02-46, P-95-02- <br />51, ST-95-04, and M-95-14. <br /> <br />Adopted by the council this 9th day of September, 1996. <br /> <br />~t~ <br /> <br />(SEAL) <br />
