<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the <br />City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota was <br />duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, <br />Minnesota on the thirteenth day of May, 1985 at 7:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Kehr, Franke, Johnson and Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Curley <br /> <br />Member Johnson <br />moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following resolution and <br /> <br />RESOLUTION 7733 <br /> <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING MINNESOTA LAWS 1985 <br />CHAPTER 37 PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL ON-SALE LIQUOR LICENSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, laws of Minnesota 1985, Chapter 37, relating to the City of <br />Roseville, providing for six additional on-sale liquor licenses provides <br />in part as follows: <br /> <br />"Section 2 is effective on approval by the Roseville City Council <br />and compliance with Minnesota Statutes, Section 645.021." <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Minnesota Statute Section 645.021 requires approval of a <br />special law by the affected local government. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville, does hereby approve Minnesota law 1985, Chapter 37, and the <br />City Manager is directed to file the required certificate and a <br />certified copy of this resolution with the Minnesota Secretary of State. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly <br />seconded by member FrAnkp , and upon a vote being taken thereon, <br />the following voted in favor thereof: Kehr, Franke, Johnson and Demos <br /> <br />and, the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
