I have never signed a petition in favor of this
improvement." Signed, "Earl Jagger, 2621 North Fisk Street."
Thank you.
CARROLL PETER: My name is Carroll peter of 806
Rose Place. We are on the hill where the water does rush by
and it is rather thin there and oftentimes does break up. As

my neighbor Don Mueller said, this is one of those decisions,

do you want to spend the money now or later when it will cost

even more. So we did sign the petition in favor of the

proposal.

I have one question about the drainage as I

lOOK on the -- also as you look on the north end of-Avon going
above the Rose Place wording there, at this time the water
comes down Avon all the way from County Road C, coming down to
Rose Place and then going down Rose Place. And I did ask Doug
at the other meeting to look into this and I didn't hear any
response. They felt the drainage would not come there, but
this would be a continued concern. Something has got to be
done or else the Avon water is going to continue coming down
Kose Place as it does now.
HONCHELL: It's anticipated as part of the
construction -- reconstructed Rose place, if you will, that the
water would no longer go down (inaudible) rather down Rose
Place toward the west, it would be continuing down the hill as
many years ago it was intended to but over time it so changed..

DOUGHERTY & SIGSTAD
