In doing that that would have caused the cost <br />in the Marion Street footage to be higher than they now are. <br />WELLS: Well, on that strength alone, I don't <br />see subsidizing another project. <br />FRANKE: We're not going to consolidate. <br />You're going to be a separate (inaudible) that's why this <br />extra hearing was tonight, in order to take you out of that <br />and put you on your own. And then your cost is not -increased. <br />WELLS: That's fine. I still say wait until <br />the street breaks up, simple economics, common sense.
