<br />Extract of Minutes of Meeting of the <br />City Council of the <br />City of Roseville, Minnesota <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br /> <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, <br />Minnesota, was duly held at the City Hall in said City on <br /> <br />Monday, the 10th day of June, 1985, at 7:30 P.M. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Curley, Kehr, Franke <br /> <br />and Demos <br /> <br />and the following were absent: Johnson <br /> <br />Member Kehr <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br />RESOLUTION 7740: <br />RESOLUTION RECITING A PROPOSAL FOR AN <br />INDUSTRIAL FACILITIES DEVELOPMENT PROJECT, <br />GIVING PRELIMINARY APPROVAL TO THE PROJECT <br />PURSUANT TO THE MINNESOTA MUNICIPAL INDUSTRIAL <br />DEVELOPMENT ACT, AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF AN <br />APPLICATION FOR APPROVAL OF THE PROJECT TO THE <br />COMMISSIONER OF ENERGY AND ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF THE <br />STATE OF MINNESOTA, AND AUTHORIZING THE <br />PREPARTION OF NECESSARY DOCUMENTS AND MATERIALS <br />IN CONNECTION WITH THE PROJECT <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br /> <br />resolution was duly seconded by member Curley <br /> <br />, and <br /> <br />after full discussion thereof and upon vote being taken <br /> <br />thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: Curley, Kehr, Franke <br />and Demos <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
