<br />EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, HELD 1985 <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />* <br /> <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular <br />meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, <br />was duly called and held at the City Hall in said City on <br />the .JJl..tb day of--.J.lIDp , 1985, at J.: 30 0 I clock <br />p.m. <br /> <br />The following members were present: Curley, Kehr, <br />Franke and Demos <br />and the following members were absent: Johnson <br /> <br />Member Curley <br />resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> <br />introduced the following <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 7740a <br /> <br />WHEREAS, A. Gale Linebarger, has been appointed by <br />the City of Roseville as Cable Commissioner; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the question has arisen as to whether or <br />not A. Gale Linebarger is protected by the City of Roseville <br />under Minn. Stat. ~466.07. <br /> <br />BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />A. Gale Linebarger is considered an appointed <br />official of the City of Roseville under the terms of Minn. <br />Stat. ~466.07. <br /> <br />The motion for the adoption of the foregoing <br />resolution was duly seconded by member Kehr , <br />and upon a vote being taken, the following voted in favor of <br />the resolution: Curley, Kehr, Franke and Demos <br /> <br />and the following voted against the same: None <br /> <br />WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly <br />passed and adopted. <br />
