EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE * * * * * * * * * * * * * Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota on the 10th of June 1985, at 7:30 o'clock PM. The following members were present: Curley, Kehr, Franke and Demos and the following were absent: Johnson Member Curley adoption: introduced the following resolution and moved its RESOLUTION 7742 RESOLUTION SPONSORING GRANT FOR PARENTS ANONYMOUS OF MINNESOTA WHEREAS, Parents Anonymous of Minnesota has developed programs relating to the prevention, intervention and treatment of child abuse and WHEREAS, Parents Anonymous of Minnesota wished to expand its programs into Anoka, Hennepin and Ramsey County, and WHEREAS, Parents Anonymous of Minnesota is requesting the City of Roseville to sponsor a grant application to the State of Minnesota to fund the expanded program NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City of Roseville act as sponsoring unit of government and grantee for the project titled "Parents Anonymous, Teen Work and Children in Crises Groups" to be conducted by Parents Anonymous of Minnesota during the period from October 1985 through December 1986. BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Manager is hereby authorized to apply to the Department of Energy and Economic Development for funding of the project and execute such agreements as are necessary to implement the project on behalf of the City of Roseville.
