<br />NOTICE OF HEARING <br />ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-85-3 <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA <br /> <br />NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE Council of the City of <br />Roseville, Minnesota, will meet at the City Hall, 2660 Civic <br />Center Drive, in said City, on the 22nd day of July, 1985, at 7 :30 <br />o'clock p.m., to hold a public hearing pursuant to Minnesota <br />Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, on proposed Improvement No. <br />SS-W-85-3 including all that property on the west side of Dale <br />Street between Larpenteur Avenue and Dale Court by the <br />ins tallat ion of san i tary sewer, wate rm ai nand necessar y <br />appurtenances. The foregoing is substantially in accordance with <br />a prel im inary eng ineer ing report wh ich is now on file and open to <br />public inspection in the office of the City Manager. <br /> <br />The cos t of the improvement is pres ently est ima ted at <br />$51,000.
