<br />Regular Meeting of December 13, 1999
<br />The City Council net on the above date with the following members 6 =30 p.m.
<br />present (voting order): Goedeke, Maschka, a, wiski, Mastel (left at 11:30 Roll Cal
<br />p.m.), and Wall. Absent: None.
<br />A. Communications and Public Comment
<br />B. Approval of Minutes
<br />E -1 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the min utes n utes of the meeting Minutes
<br />of November 22, 1999 be approved. Doll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, wiski, Mastel. and wall. Nays: None.
<br />Consent Agenda
<br />Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Items -1 through C-3 and Consent Agenda
<br />C-5 through C-14 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke,
<br />Maschka, wiski, Mastel and wall. Nays: None.
<br />C-1 Mastel. moved, Maschka seconded, to authorize the Fire Marshal Burn Permit
<br />to issue a Burn Permit to Bonestroo, Rosene, Anderlik and 2335 Highway 36W
<br />Associates, 2335 Highway 36 West, to allow a prescribed burn on
<br />native plantings in an area approximately 25 feet wide by 180 feet
<br />long, the area being bordered on the west by a city storm water
<br />pond and on the east by mowed lawn/parking lot, conditioned upon
<br />compliance with the following stipulations: a) the effective date of
<br />the permit shall be from October 1, December 15 2000 and
<br />April 1, May 15, 2000, b the burn shall be conducted by
<br />acknowledged experts, and, c Eonestroo Associates shall notify
<br />the Roseville Fire Department at least two days in advance of the
<br />date of the burn. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Wiski,
<br />Mastel, and wall. Nays: None.
<br />C-2 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Resolution 9714, Resolution 9714
<br />approving the City of Roseville sanitary sewer and water main use Mendota Homes
<br />for two town homes in the City of St. Anthony, be adopted. loll Water/Sewer for
