Note: This draft, which was Attachment in the Council meeting agenda <br />p acket of Monday, 12113199, has been amended to include proposed <br />amendments to reflect Council direction (indicated by strike -out and <br />underline). <br />CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br />ORDINANCE NO. <br />AN ORDINANCE AMENDING TITLE X, CHAPTER 1002, <br />1006, 1008, and 1013 OF THE RO EVILLE CITY CODE <br />CONCERNING DEFINITIONS, SHOPPING CENTER DISTRICTS, <br />CONDITIONAL USE PERMITS AND PLANNED UNIT <br />DEVELOPMENT <br />THE CITY OF ROSEVILLE ORDAINS: <br />SECTION 1 Section 1002.02 of the Roseville City Code is amended by adding, <br />the following definitions to read as fo llows: <br />TWENTY HOUR USES: Anv commercial use that is regularly open for business <br />or involves other significant, outdoor activity during arid hour between 1, rn. and <br />7:00 a.m. <br />SECTION 2 Chapter 1 006 of the lose -Ville City Code is amended to read as <br />follows: <br />1006.01: ESTABLISHMENT: In order to provide for modern retail sales and Service <br />facilities of integrated design in appropriate locations, the "S-C" Shopping Center District <br />is established. It is intended that development within a shopping center district be <br />designed and developed as an integrated unit according to an overall plan. <br />1006.013: PLAN REQUIREMENTS: The proposed development shall be constructed in <br />accordance with an overall plan designed as a single architectural unit with appropriate <br />g <br />landsca P in and shall provide for the initial construction of either a minimum of ten thousand (10 square feet of floor area or a minimum of six (6) of the uses permitted <br />in this district. proposed plan for the ultimate development of the district shall be filed <br />p <br />plans in <br />with the P applying fora building permit.
