E OF MINUTE <br />OF MEETING of THE CITY COUNCIL <br />OF THE CITY OF RO EVILLE <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br />Roseville County of Ram sey, Minnesota, was duly held on the 13th day of December 1999, at <br />:3o p.m. <br />The following members were present: <br />And the following were absent: <br />Council Member VIVIVIVIVIVI introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption. <br />iIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIW! �IIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIVIVI, JY.uuu�'WY!iyJ9Y1J;'YyY... <br />Resolution No. <br />Resolution Approving City of Roseville Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Use for Two <br />To nhornes in the City of St. Anthony. <br />WHEREAS the City of Roseville has been asked by Mendota Homes to allow the use o <br />its municipal sanitary sewer and watermain for the purpose of servicing to two townhomes located <br />in the City of St. Anthony; and <br />WHEREAS, these two lots are generally located directly adjacent to Old Highway 8, <br />legally described as: <br />Lot 1 and Lot 2, Bloch 1, Roseville Commons west, City of St. Anthony, Hennepin <br />County, Minnesota. <br />WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has approved the provision of Roseville sanitary <br />sewer and water to the two lots; and <br />WHEREAS, the utilities will be located in a 30 foot wide private utility easement, <br />installed owned, and maintained by Mendota Homes, the Townhome Association, and /or its <br />successors* <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT R ESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City <br />of Roseville (the "City Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the use of Roseville municipal sanitary <br />sewer and watermain for Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1, Roseville Commons west, in the City of S <br />Anthony, be approved, subject to: <br />A. Provision of a 30 foot wide utility easement on the southerly portion (running east west) <br />of the parcel. <br />B.
