Resolution No. Resolution Approving City of Roseville Sanitary Sewer and Watermain Use for Two To nhornes in the City of St. Anthony. WHEREAS the City of Roseville has been asked by Mendota Homes to allow the use o its municipal sanitary sewer and watermain for the purpose of servicing to two townhomes located in the City of St. Anthony; and WHEREAS, these two lots are generally located directly adjacent to Old Highway 8, legally described as: Lot 1 and Lot 2, Bloch 1, Roseville Commons west, City of St. Anthony, Hennepin County, Minnesota. WHEREAS, the City of St. Anthony has approved the provision of Roseville sanitary sewer and water to the two lots; and WHEREAS, the utilities will be located in a 30 foot wide private utility easement, installed owned, and maintained by Mendota Homes, the Townhome Association, and /or its successors* NOW THEREFORE BE IT R ESOLVED by the City Council (the "Council") of the City of Roseville (the "City Ramsey County, Minnesota, that the use of Roseville municipal sanitary sewer and watermain for Lot 1 and Lot 2, Block 1, Roseville Commons west, in the City of S Anthony, be approved, subject to: A. Provision of a 30 foot wide utility easement on the southerly portion (running east west) of the parcel. B.
