l
l
October 111, 1999
Dennis Xelseh
?660 Civic Center Drive
R Nei 1
Dear Dennis,
Thank you for t ddng the time to meet with the the o the r day to d iscus s p issues at 93
Woodhill Dr. As we discussed, edia ie's parking plans are to re l ocate our b /boom trucks off
site (already completed) and to park all service vans in the southwest parking lot. X'e would
construct a "screening" fence to the cities s pecification on the a pproximate south 1 /2 of the west
property line. W would park our pick -up trucks in the northeast parking lot and would use the
southeas t parking lot for ernplopee parking dining normal working hours.
This plan would allow us to meet the needs of C or Wilson and CA'V as well as MediaOne s
parking requirements. Y believe this solution meets the intent and language of any previous
ag cements between the City of Roseville, the school district, and CAT
If you should have any question regarding these plans or want to discuss theta further, please
contact me. We will be applying for a permit to construct the fence shortly and plan to have this plan
in effect before the winter season.
Thank you for all your 2,ssistance as we have worked through these changes.
Sincerely,
Dean Sellheim
Manager of Supply
C c: Jeff Hark an
o Wilson
