Items Removed from Consent Agenda <br />D -1 (formerly -3) Videotaping Charter <br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that videotaping, cablecasting and Commission Meetings <br />rebroadcasting of regularly scheduled Charter Commission meetings at a <br />cost of approximately $150 on a monthly basis, to be allocated &om the <br />City Council budget, be approved. Nays: None. <br />E. or g anizational Business <br />E -1 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that the final election results be Canvass General <br />approved, as presented. Nays: None. <br />F Reports And Recommendations <br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the request to authorize the mutual Roseville Skating Center <br />cancellation of the contract with Suzanne's Cuisine for concession Operation of <br />operations at the Roseville Skating Center, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Concession Stands <br />Mastel, Goedeke, Wiski and Wall. Nays: None. <br />Mastel moved, Wiski seconded, that the request to authorize the City <br />Manager to enter into a contract with Peake Promotions for the operation <br />of the concession stands at the Roseville Skating center, pending the <br />approvals of the written agreement and conditions by the City Attorney, be <br />approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, Wigki and Wall. Nays: None. <br />F-2 Goedeke moved, Mastel seconded, that the request to authorize the City Roseville Skating Center <br />Manager to enter into an agreement with the K-2 skate contract for slue kate pon sors h i p <br />sponsorship at the Roseville Skating Center, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: <br />Mastel, Goedeke and Wall. Nays: None. Abstain: Wiski. Wiski abstained <br />from the discussion to avoid any real or perceived conflict of interest as <br />his brother is a sales representative for the I -2 firm. <br />
