<br />1-1 wall moved, Goedeke seconded, that the DID consultant report, phases
<br />II, on 4 -hour services adjacent to residential districts., be approved and
<br />to forward the report to the planning Commission for the basis of a public
<br />hearing. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, wiski and wall. Nays: None.
<br />Wall moved, Goedeke seconded, that the request for review of 4 -hour
<br />services be done by administrative review (DRC) with council approval,
<br />be approved. loll Gall, Ayes: Mastel, Goedeke, wiski and wall. Nays:
<br />None.
<br />Wall moved, Goedeke seconded, to establish the review and hearing
<br />schedule for an ordinance amending the city Zoning Code as follows:
<br />11/22/99 for the 1 reading of the ordinance by the city Council, 12/8/99
<br />for the public hearing of the ordinance by the Planning Commission,
<br />12/13/99 for the Second reading of the ordinance by the city council, and
<br />12/13/99 (or soon thereafter) for the adoption of the ordinance, and to
<br />set a second meeting in December for December 27.Roll call, Ayes: Mastel,
<br />Goedeke, wiski and wall. Nays: None.
