EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL OF CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA HELD: JUNE 10, 1985 Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City Council of the City of Roseville met in regular session at the City Hall on Monday, the 10th day of June, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: Mayor Demos and Council- members Curley, Kehr and Franke; and the following were absent: Councilmember Johnson. Councilmember Kehr introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: Resolution No. 7745 RESOLUTION RELATING TO PUBLIC HEARING ON IMPROVEMENT NO. SS-W-ST-P-82-12 AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 7726(b) DATED MAY 13, 1985 BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota that Resolution No. 7726(b) adopted May 13, 1985, entitled "Resolution Receiving Report and Prcviding for Public Hearing on Improvement No. SS-W-ST-P-82-12" be and hereby is amended as follows: 1. Paragraph 2 of said resolution is amended to read as follows: "The Council shall meet at the city Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive, in said city, on July 22, 1985, at 7:30 o'clock p.m. for the purpose of holding a public hearing on the proposed improvement under and pursuant to the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, and the Manager is hereby authorized and directed to cause notice of time, place and purpose of that meeting to be published twice in the official newspaper, Roseville Review, which publications shall be a week apart, and the second publication shall be not less than three days before the date of the hearing." 2. The form of notice of hearing set forth in paragraph 3 of said resolution is amended by striking the date "10th day of June, 1985" in the third line of said notice and substituting in lieu thereof the date "22nd day of July, 1985."
