<br />The City Council met on the above date with the following members 6:30 p.m.

<br />B. Approval of Minutes
<br />B-1 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the October 11, Minutes
<br />1999 be approved. Roll Call: Wiski, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and Wall.

<br />C. Consent Agenda Consent Agenda
<br />Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that items -1 and C-2,, -5 through C-
<br />7, C -10 through C-12, be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka,
<br />Goedeke, Mastel and Wall. lays: None.
<br />C-1 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that October 5 -2.9, 1999 be proclaimed Proclamation of
<br />Manufacturers Week in the City of Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Manufacturers Week
<br />Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and Wall. Nays: lone.
<br />C-2 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that resolution 9698, approving Resolution 9698
<br />application of funding to construct the 1- 5W/T ire Lakes MnDOT Funding for
<br />Boulevard interchange through MnDot s Municipal Agreements 1- 5V /Twin take B
<br />Program, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Goedeke, Interchange
<br />Mastel and Wall. Nays: None.

<br />C-4 Item moved to D
<br />C-5 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that that B -Dale Club donation of Soo B -Dale Club
<br />for fire safety education be authorized and accepted. Roll Ca11, Ayes: Donation for
<br />Wiski, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel and Nall. lays: lone. Fire Safety Education
<br />C-6 Wiski moved, Goedeke seconded, that November 22, 1999 be established Hearing Date
<br />as the hearing dare for assessment of delinquent utility charges. Roll Call, Assessment of
<br />Ayes: Wiski, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel. and Wall. Nays: None. Delinquent
