First. a! the Centennial Sports Arena man ager for sip years, I was directly in charge of all concession operations which grossed over 0,000 in my last year as manager (1 It was rn belief that the general public deserved a quality food service that both met their needs as patrons, but also the facilities as revenue stream. My most recent involvement in food operations has been with the Hat Trick Cafe at the National Sports Center Super Fink in Blaine. As the Director of Ice p orts fo r the National Sports Center, I am directly involved with the negotiatio p larming and forecasting budget expectations and revenue potential. My wife Sherry, who recently earned her masters degree in Health and Human ervice Administration has extensive training in public service. She also worked for twelve y ears as a cashier while obtaining her degree. Her willingness and motivation to artner with myself p y �e our proposal even more intriguing as we will be the prhmry wo rkers with limited assistance from students.
