<br />Communities Demonstration Account Fund at the Metropolitan Council,
<br />was approved with the understanding that any work plan or project
<br />proposals from the grant be subject to prior approval of the City Council.

<br />C-3 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9695, revising the
<br />grant to Dave Johnson of Suburban True Value Hardware located at 1930
<br />Lexington Avenue North to enable improvements in the public right -of-
<br />way, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: wiski, Maschka, Goedeke, Mastel
<br />and wall. Nays: None.
