Nays: None. to Zoning Committee <br /> F-2 Goedeke moved, Wiski seconded, that Resolution 9735, receiving Resolution 9735 <br /> feasibility reports on 2000 Improvements and ordering public hearings, Feasibility Reports/ <br /> be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski & Public Hearings <br /> Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. 2000 PMP <br /> F-3 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, that Agreement 99024 between Agreement with <br /> Ramsey County and the City of Roseville for the reconstruction of Ramsey County <br /> Larpenteur Avenue be approved and authorizing the Mayor and City Larpenteur Avenue <br /> Manager to sign on behalf of the City. Recognitions &Announcements <br /> G-1 The following winners were introduced by Human Rights Chair Person 1999 Human Rights <br /> Jill Bergquist and were recognized as the 1999 Human Rights Commission <br /> Commission Essay Contest winners: First Place - Melissa Pierce, Essay Contest Winners <br /> Second Place ^Nicole Palkowitsch, Third Place-Michelle Gitzen and <br /> Honorable Mention to Danny Beacher. All students attend St. Rose of <br /> Lima School. <br /> G-1 Wiski recognized the death, on 01114100, of Vernon Johnson. The Former Mayor <br /> former Roseville City Official served as Mayor from 1992- 1995, as Vernon Johnson <br /> City Council Member from 1981- 1991, and previous to that, beginning <br /> in 1969, he served on the Planning Commission. Mr. Johnson provided <br /> 27 years of continuous service to the community. Council Members <br /> Goedeke and Mastel agreed that his outstanding leadership contributed <br /> significantly to the City of Roseville. <br /> G-3 Council Member Mastel congratulated the Roseville High School Roseville Cheerleaders <br /> Cheerleading Squad. Recently they won 4t' place at a competition at <br /> DeLasalle High School and 2nd place at a competition in St. Cloud. <br /> They will participate in the State Meet at Concordia next Saturday. <br />
