EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING OF CITY COUNCIL CITY OF ROSEVILLE RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 14th day of February, 2000, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. The following members were present: and the following were absent: Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: RESOLUTION XXXX RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF IMPROVEMENT P-00-02,NEIGHBORHOOD 32 WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted January 24, 2000, fixed a date for a public hearing on Project P-00-02, Neighborhood 32, and WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council held a public hearing on February 14, 2000, to consider the proposed construction of Project P-00-02, Neighborhood 32 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that property abutting: P-00-02-32 Chatsworth Street, Love 11 Avenue to Grandview Avenue Lovell Avenue, Cul-de-sac to Chatsworth Street as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $83,787.10 and substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now on file in the office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and financed and that all streets be constructed substantially as recommended in the feasibility report. The City Public Works Director is designated as the Engineer for the project and is directed to prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement. The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and and the following voted against the same: Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted.
