EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF ROSEVILLE <br /> RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of <br /> Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center <br /> Drive, Roseville, Minnesota, on Monday, the 14th day of February, 2000, at 6:30 o'clock p.m. <br /> The following members were present: and the following were absent: <br /> Member introduced the following resolution and moved its adoption: <br /> RESOLUTION XXXX <br /> RESOLUTION ORDERING THE CONSTRUCTION OF <br /> IMPROVEMENT P-00-02,NEIGHBORHOOD 32 <br /> WHEREAS, a resolution of the City Council of the City of Roseville adopted January 24, 2000, <br /> fixed a date for a public hearing on Project P-00-02, Neighborhood 32, and <br /> WHEREAS, ten days mailed notice and two weeks published notice was given; <br /> NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED by the Council of the City of Roseville, Minnesota, that <br /> in accordance with the provisions of Minnesota Statutes, Chapter 429, as amended, the Council <br /> held a public hearing on February 14, 2000, to consider the proposed construction of Project <br /> P-00-02, Neighborhood 32 consisting of the installation of bituminous paving, concrete curb and <br /> gutter, sanitary sewer service repair, drainage facilities, and necessary appurtenances on all that <br /> property abutting: <br /> P-00-02-32 Chatsworth Street, Love 11 Avenue to Grandview Avenue <br /> Lovell Avenue, Cul-de-sac to Chatsworth Street <br /> as described in the Notice of Hearing at a cost presently estimated at $83,787.10 and <br /> substantially in accordance with the preliminary report as to the feasibility thereof which is now <br /> on file in the office of the City Manager; at which all persons desiring to be heard were given an <br /> opportunity to be heard thereon, and having considered the views of all interested persons, the <br /> Council does hereby determine and order that said improvement shall be constructed and <br /> financed and that all streets be constructed substantially as recommended in the feasibility report. <br /> The City Public Works Director is designated as the Engineer for the project and is directed to <br /> prepare and submit to the Council the final plans and specifications for the improvement. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by and upon vote <br /> being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: and and the following <br /> voted against the same: <br /> Whereupon said resolution was declared duly passed and adopted. <br />
