REQUEST FOR CITY COUNCIL DISCUSSION/DIRECTION <br /> DATE: 02/ 14/00 <br /> ITEM NO: c-4 <br /> Department Approval: Manager Approved: Agenda Section: <br /> Consent <br /> FteihDescription: Re-affwmation of Minor Subdivision for Rollins Leasing Corporation, <br /> 2507 Walnut Street (PF3091) <br /> 1.0 Background <br /> 1 1 The Rollins Leasing Corporation subdivision which corrected the lot line between two <br /> five acre parcels was previously approved on December 14, 1998. The Code requires <br /> that the subdivision be recorded within sixty (60) days of the Council's approval. <br /> 1.2 The property was to be sold after the approval. No recording occurred, awaiting <br /> closing on the property.
