The parties to this Memorandum of Understanding wish to restate and clarify <br /> previous permits and lease agreements as they relate to the land use and parking on the site <br /> commonly known as the Lake Owasso School, 934 Woodhill Drive, Roseville. <br /> 2 Owner (Lessor): Roseville School District 623 <br /> 125 1 West County Road B2 <br /> Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> 3 Lessees: MediaOne <br /> 10 River Park Plaza <br /> St. Paul, MN 55107 <br /> Community Cable <br /> 934 Woodhill Drive <br /> Roseville, Minnesota 55 113 <br /> City of Roseville <br /> 2660 Civic Center Drive <br /> Roseville, Minnesota 55113 <br /> 4 History. <br /> a In 1983 the City of Roseville approved a special use permit for 15 years to the <br /> Roseville School District 623 to allow quasi-public use of the Owasso Lake School, 934 <br /> Woodhill Drive, Roseville. The School District leased space to the local cable provider <br /> MediaOne and the Community Cable access system. Pursuant to the terms of the <br /> special use permit, on-site parking was to be 132 spaces (Exhibit A). <br /> b In 1986 an amendment to the special use permit was approved, allowing up to 32 <br /> employee vehicles to be parking in the northeast parking lot. Also,the loading and <br /> trash dumpster areas to the southwest side of the building were to be screened. The <br /> condominium buildings to the west were to be screened by 12 spruce trees (Exhibit B). <br /> C. In 1998, the special use permit originally issued in 1983 expired and was not renewed. <br /> 82132 1 <br />
