Absent: Roll Call <br /> None <br /> A. Communications and Public Comment <br /> A-1 Mayor Kysylyczyn requested: Mayor Kysylyczyn <br /> • Members of the public to complete a card with their name, <br /> address and phone number, if they wish to address the City <br /> Council. <br /> • Council Member Goedeke to give a verbal report of his <br /> participation in the National League of Cities Conference that <br /> he attended recently. <br /> • Members of the public to include their phone number on <br /> correspondence. <br /> Mayor Kysylyczyn stated that he attended a Metropolitan Council <br /> meeting at which the City of Roseville was congratulated for passing <br /> along to our residents a rate reduction in sewer charges for the second <br /> year in a row. <br /> A-2 Council Member gave a brief report of his participation in the National Council Member <br /> League of Cities Conference that he attended in Los Angeles. He Goedeke <br /> encouraged the public to contact him if they had an interest in further <br /> details. <br /> B. Approval of Minutes <br /> B-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the meeting of Minutes <br /> January 10, 2000 be approved. Kysylyczyn moved, Wiski seconded, <br /> that the minutes of the meeting of January 10, 2000 be tabled to the <br /> next meeting to allow for discussion and correction. Roll Call, Ayes: <br /> Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br /> C. Consent Agenda Consent Agenda <br /> Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Items C-1 through & C-7 <br /> approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Goedeke, Wiski & <br /> Kysylyczyn.
