EXTRACT OF MINUTES OF MEETING <br /> OF THE CITY COUNCIL <br /> CITY OF ROSEVILLE, RAMSEY COUNTY, MINNESOTA <br /> Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, a meeting of the City Council of the city of Roseville, <br /> County of Ramsey, Minnesota, was duly held in the City Hall at 2660 Civic Center Drive, <br /> Roseville, Minnesota., on Monday, the 14'' day of February, 2000, at 6:30 p.m.. <br /> The following members were present: and the <br /> following members were absent: <br /> RESOLUTION NO. <br /> RESOLUTION SETTING HEARING DATE <br /> FOR PROPERTY ABATEMENT <br /> WHEREAS, pursuant to Minnesota. Statutes, Section 463, and the City Code, Chapter <br /> 407, the City Council of the City of Roseville is authorized to determine hazardous housing <br /> conditions within the City and to thereafter instruct the proper City authorities to address the <br /> conditions through the abatement process when necessary; and <br /> WHEREAS, periodically the Community Development staff reviews property Code <br /> violations to determine whether there are properties in disrepair that need repair to meet the City <br /> Codes, and further have determined certain property owners whose properties are in disrepair to <br /> be unable or unwilling to comply with the Code; <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY <br /> OF ROSEVILLE, MINNESOTA, that an abatement hearing date is hereby set for March 27, <br /> 2000 to consider properties located at 2012 Snelling Avenue and 1661 Standbridge Avenue, City <br /> of Roseville, County of Ramsey, Minnesota.. <br /> The motion for the adoption of the foregoing resolution was duly seconded by Member <br /> and upon vote being taken thereon, the following voted in favor thereof: <br /> And the following voted against the same; <br /> WHEREUPON, said Resolution was declared duly passed and adopted this 14" day of <br /> February, 2000. <br /> 2 <br />
