Items Removed from Consent Agenda D-1 (formerly C- 3 ) Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the plans for the Rice ice Street/South Street/South Owasso Boulevard traffic signal and agreement Owasso Boulevard PW2000-02, be approved and authorizing the Mayor and City Traffic Signal Manager to sign the agreement on behalf of the City. Organizational B u s i n e s s E-1 Wiski moved, Maschka seconded, that the request to certify Commission commission members declared eligible for reappointment, be Member approved with the condition that the two commissioners whose Reappointments absences were at or exceeded '/a of the total number of 1999 meetings be contacted to determine their interest in reappointment and to determine the rationale for their absences. Consideration of a commission attendance policy will be referred to the February 1999 Work Session. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Mastel, Wiski, Maschka & Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. Wiski withdrew the motion to establish February 29, 2000 at 4:30 p.m. as the deadline for accepting applications for the Police Civil Service Commission and establishing a Special City Council Work Session on Monday, March 13 at 5:30 p.m. at Roseville City Hall for the purpose of interviewing Commission applicants.
