Absent: Roll Call Goedeke. A. Communications and Public Comment A-1 Mayor Kysylyczyn commented on the following: Mayor Kysylyczyn • Members of the public are asked to fill out a card if they wish to address the City Council. • The Mayor may be reached by phone (65 1-484- 13 84) or email (johnk(&,us family.net). He also has a web site at www.rosevillemayor.com. • A letter from Representative Mary Jo McGuire. • Extended appreciation to those that participated in the planning of the inauguration, groups that have invited him to speak at their events and those that have called or sent letters of congratulations. B. Approval of Minutes B-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the minutes of the meeting Minutes of December 27, 1999 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. C. Consent Agenda Consent Agenda Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Items C-1 through C-6 be approved. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. C-1 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that the Ramsey County GIS Ramsey County GIS User Group Joint Powers Agreement be adopted and to authorize the Joint Powers Mayor and City Manager to sign the agreement. Roll Call, Ayes: Agreement (PF3 186) Mastel, Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. c-2 Maschka moved; Mastel seconded, that Resolution 9727, Revising Resolution 9727 and updating permit fees and miscellaneous fees of the Community Community Development Development Department, be adopted. Roll Call, Ayes: Mastel, Permit & Miscellaneous Maschka, Wiski and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. Fees (PF3 185)
