Approval of Minutes Minutes <br /> B-1 Mastel moved, Goedeke seconded, that the minutes of the meeting <br /> of April 10, 2000 be approved as amended. Roll Call, Ayes: <br /> Goedeke, Mastel and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. Abstain: Maschka <br /> (not present at meeting of April 10, 2000). <br /> C. Consent Agenda Consent Agenda <br /> Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, that Items C-2 through C-4, C-6 <br /> and C-8 & C-9, be approved. Nays: None. <br /> C-1 Goedeke requested item be moved to D- 1. 1997 City Contract A <br /> c-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to approve an agreement County Road D <br /> b3etween the City of Shoreview and the City of Roseville for the Construction Agreement <br /> reconstruction of the County road D and authorizing the Mayor and With City of Shoreview <br /> Manager to sign on behalf of the City. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, <br /> Maschka, Mastel and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br /> c-3 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to approve the earnest money Earnest Money Contract <br /> contract and receiving the signed easement as numbered and For Easement <br /> directing staff to record said easement at Ramsey County. Roll Call, Dale St/T.H. 36 Bridge <br /> Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel and Kysylyczyn. Nays: None. <br />
