<br /> Kysylyczyn moved, Maschka seconded, to approve the 2000 Spring YMCA Garage Sale
<br /> YMCA Sale Sign/Promotion placement[,at Sign permit
<br /> 94, for a period from May 10 - May 22, 2000, 32 square feet, non-
<br /> lighted promotional sign to be placed in the private yard at 1170
<br /> County Road B, set back a minimum of 5 feet from all property
<br /> lines and sidewalks, and no more than 8 feet in height. In addition,
<br /> to allow staff to approve an additional 12-day permit in the fall of
<br /> 2000 and an additional 12-day permit in the spring of 200 1.
<br /> Additional stipulation would be that only two floodlights may be
<br /> used for the Fall 2000 sign. Floodlights may remain operational
<br /> until 9:00 p.m. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel and
<br /> Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.

<br /> E-1 Goedeke moved, Maschka seconded, to postpone the Monday, June Postpone City Council
<br /> 26, 2000 City Council meeting to Tuesday, June 27, 2000. Roll Meeting of June 26,2000
<br /> Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel and Kysylyczyn. Nays: To June 27, 2000

<br /> E-2 Maschka moved, Mastel seconded, to establish Thursday, May 25, Advisory Commission
<br /> 2000 at 4:30 p.m. as the new deadline for accepting applications for Applications
<br /> the Human Rights Commission and establishing a Special Council
<br /> Work Session, on a date to be determined, at Roseville City Hall for
<br /> the purpose of interviewing Human Rights Commission applicants.
<br /> Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel and Kysylyczyn.

<br /> F-1 Mastel moved, Maschka seconded, to approve a resolution awarding bid Resolution 9766
<br /> for 2000 PMP Contract B in the amount of$1,377,240.34 to T. A. Awarding Bid
<br /> Schifsky & Sons, Incorporated of North St. Paul, Minnesota with the 2000 PMP Contract B
<br /> award of Segment 1 -Neighborhood 32, contingent upon the execution TA Schifsky &Sons
<br /> of an agreement between the Rose of Sharon Manor and the City of
<br /> Roseville. Roll Call, Ayes: Goedeke, Maschka, Mastel and
<br /> Kysylyczyn. Nays: None.
