Hamline <br /> Ave. (Church property) for an event to be held on September 24, 2000. <br /> FINANCIAL IMPLICATIONS <br /> The revenue generated from license fees collected is used to offset the cost of police compliance <br /> checks, background investigations, enforcement of liquor laws, and license administration. <br /> STAFF RECOMMENDATIONS <br /> The City staff has reviewed the application and has determined that the applicant meets City <br /> requirements, and is recommending approval of the application. <br /> COUNCIL ACTION REQUESTED <br /> Motion approving /denying St. Rose of Lima Church's application for Temporary On-Sale <br /> Liquor License at 2048 N.
